Fewer than 10% of applicants are selected, with many instructors coming from leading universities in the Philippines, notably the University of the Philippines.

After hiring, instructors undergo extensive JLRC training and demo lessons to ensure that they understand our teaching methods and can provide clear, effective instruction to Japanese language learners.

Classroom Quality Control

JLRC does not rely only on instructor selection and training. We also maintain an ongoing classroom quality control system.

Student satisfaction surveys and class monitoring are conducted by the JLRC Quality Control Team to evaluate teaching performance and classroom conditions.

When areas for improvement are identified, appropriate feedback and additional training can be provided. This continuous process helps JLRC maintain consistent teaching quality across its Japanese language classes.

Strong JLPT Results

JLRC is committed to helping students achieve strong results in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) through structured courses, original learning materials, and academic support.

Our confidence in our teaching system is also reflected in our free course retake policy for JLPT N5 and N4 learners who meet the required conditions.

Students who do not pass the JLPT N5 or N4 exam may retake the corresponding course for FREE, provided they meet the minimum attendance requirement. The guarantee is valid for one year from the last class session.
