Flexible Class Transfer System

Never Miss a Lesson: JLRC's Way of Supporting Busy Career Individuals

For many career individuals, there is always a concern that sudden increases in workload or changes in work shifts might prevent them from attending the Nihongo classes for a while or need to change the class schedule. Similarly, others may find themselves unable to attend due to sudden personal issues. In many schools, such circumstances force students to drop courses. In addition, it is common that they cannot claim a refund for the tuition (No refund policy).

At JLRC, to ensure that these individuals can continue their Nihongo studies without worry, we adopted a Flexible Class Transfer System. It enables you to make flexible class transfers to any other current classes available.

Rules of Flexible Class Transfer

Transfer Eligibility Period:

Valid for one year from the class start date. (For example: If the class starts on April 1, transfer is possible until March 31 of the following year. If the class transfer process is done within this period, the class lessons may exceed one year)

Number of Possible Transfers:

Up to 2 transfers per student.

Retroactive Transfer:

For example (N5 classes), A transfer can be made retroactively up to a maximum of 3 chapters from the current chapter before the transfer.

Settlement of Remaining Tuition:

In the case of an enrollment under installment plan, if there is a remaining tuition balance, it must be fully settled before the first class transfer.
